Self-test

5in1 SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A+B, ADV and RSV Antigen Combo Rapid Test (nasal swab)

€5,95
Covid Influenza Respiratory

A self-test that checks one nasal swab for five respiratory viruses at once: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), influenza A, influenza B, adenovirus (ADV) and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Result in 15 minutes.

Why test?

COVID-19, flu, adenovirus and RSV are caused by different viruses but cause similar symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, headache, muscle aches and tiredness. RSV is especially dangerous for babies and older people; flu and COVID-19 for older adults, pregnant women and people with chronic conditions. Testing in the first days of illness tells you which virus it is, so you can decide on isolation and whether to see a doctor. A negative result does not rule out infection.

Common questions

When should I take the test?
In the first 1–5 days of symptoms, when the viral load is highest.

What is the benefit of a 5-in-1 test?
One swab covers the five most common respiratory viruses, so you know what you are dealing with without multiple tests.

What should I do if the result is positive?
Limit contact with others, especially babies and older people, and contact a doctor if you are in a risk group or symptoms worsen.

Rapid tests are for preliminary screening and do not replace a doctor’s consultation.

Free delivery on orders over €30 (€50 to Latvia and Estonia) (below that: €3.99 in Lithuania, €7.99 to Latvia and Estonia). Allow the kit components to reach room temperature. Wash your hands and dry them well. Check the expiry date. Do not open the foil pouch until you are ready to use it. Peel off the foil wrap of the sample tube and place it in the test tube rack. Sample collection: open the sterile swab package; do not touch the soft tip — hold only the plastic handle. Insert the swab into the nasal cavity (up to 2.5 cm deep) and rotate it in a circle against the inside of the nostril at least 5 times. Repeat in the other nostril using the same swab. Place the soft tip of the swab in the tube with extraction buffer and swirl it near the inner wall 10 times. Squeeze the tube 5 times at the tip of the swab to release the sample into the buffer. Raise the swab above the buffer, squeeze the outer walls of the tube and press the swab repeatedly so as much liquid as possible stays in the tube. Dispose of the swab in the bio-waste bag. Place the dropper on the tube. The cartridge has two sample wells — add 4 drops (approximately 100 µL) to each. Evaluate the results after 15 minutes. Do not evaluate the results after 20 minutes. If an air bubble forms, add another drop to the well. Dispose of all used components in the bio-waste bag and close it tightly. Results: NEGATIVE: only control line C is visible — none of the five targets was detected. POSITIVE: the control line plus the line for SARS-CoV-2 (nCoV), Influenza A (Flu A), Influenza B (Flu B), adenovirus (ADV) or RSV appears — the matching antigen has been detected. Several lines together mean more than one pathogen was detected. INVALID: the control line does not appear — repeat the test with a new test.

About this test

Questions about this test

Read the instruction leaflet in the pack before you start. Collect your sample as described, apply it to the test, and read the result within the time stated in the leaflet. Do not read the result after that time.

The accuracy shown on this page comes from the manufacturer's validation data. No self-test is 100% accurate, so a result is an indication, not a diagnosis.

The test is invalid. Do not interpret the result. Repeat the test with a new one and follow the leaflet carefully.

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist. A self-test does not replace a medical consultation, and a negative result does not always rule out a condition, especially if you have symptoms.

Store it as described in the leaflet and keep it sealed until use. Do not use a test after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Delivery is free on orders over €30 (€50 to Latvia and Estonia). Orders are dispatched from Vilnius within 24 hours on business days. Delivery is usually 1-3 business days in Lithuania and 2-5 business days in Latvia and Estonia. Shipping policy
