Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person you named) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days run out: use the withdrawal option in your order or account, email hello@testera.eu, or send the form below. A clear statement is enough.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back to Antservis, UAB, Panerių g. 64, LT-03160 Vilnius, Lithuania, no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you sent them.
Sealed tests
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tests whose sealed packaging (foil pouch or sealed box) has been opened after delivery. Unopened tests can always be returned as described above.
Faulty or damaged goods
You have the statutory legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. If a product arrives damaged or wrong, contact us at hello@testera.eu, ideally with a photo. We will replace it or refund it at our cost, including return shipping.
