2. Contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is not available or the price was shown in error; in that case any payment is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk pass to you when you receive the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described in our Refund Policy, together with the exception for tests whose seal has been opened.
6. Guarantee
You have the statutory legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. Contact hello@testera.eu if a product has a defect.
7. Use of the products
Testera rapid tests are CE-marked in vitro diagnostic medical devices for preliminary screening. A test result is an indication, not a diagnosis, and does not replace a consultation with a doctor. Always follow the instructions for use. Products marked “For professional use” are intended to be performed by, or under the supervision of, a healthcare professional.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by use of the products contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania; this does not remove mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Please contact us first at hello@testera.eu. Consumers may also refer disputes to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or to the courts.
