Marijuana, Synthetic Cannabinoids and Cotinine Test (saliva)

€9,99
Drug alcohol

An oral fluid (saliva) rapid test for three substances: marijuana (THC), synthetic cannabinoids (K2, “spice”) and cotinine (COT – a nicotine metabolite). Result in 3–10 minutes.

Why test?

Cannabis and synthetic cannabinoids impair attention, reaction time and memory. Synthetic cannabinoids often have stronger, less predictable effects such as anxiety, heart rhythm problems and poisoning. Cotinine shows recent nicotine use – smoking, e-cigarettes or nicotine pouches. A saliva test quickly checks for recent use. A positive result must be confirmed in a laboratory.

Substances detected

  • THC – marijuana
  • K2 – synthetic cannabinoids
  • COT – cotinine (nicotine)

In the box

  • Saliva test device

Common questions

How long after use can it detect substances?
Saliva tests detect recent use, usually from a few hours up to 1–2 days, depending on the substance and amount.

Is a positive result final?
No. A rapid test is a screening tool. A positive result must be confirmed in a laboratory.

Can it detect nicotine pouches or e-cigarettes?
Yes. Cotinine is a nicotine metabolite, so it shows recent use of any nicotine product.

Rapid tests are for preliminary screening and do not replace a doctor’s consultation.

How to do the test1. Do not put anything in your mouth (food, drink, gum, tobacco) for at least 10 minutes before the test.2. Let the test reach room temperature (15–30 °C), take it out of the pouch and use it within one hour.3. Remove the cover. Sweep the sponge tip firmly along the gums on both sides of the mouth 10–15 times, then hold it under the tongue until colour appears in the test windows (about 60 seconds).4. Remove the device, place it on a clean flat surface and start a timer.5. Read the result between 3 and 10 minutes. If all lines are clear by 3 minutes, the result is negative.Reading the result (note: for drug tests, a line means NEGATIVE)Negative: a C line and a T line for that substance. Even a faint T line counts as negative – the level is below the cut-off.Positive: a C line but NO T line for that substance. The level is above the cut-off. Confirm in a laboratory.Invalid: no C line. Usually too little sample or a missed step. Repeat with a new test.
This test does not replace a doctor's consultation. If you have symptoms, a positive or unclear result, or any doubt, speak to a healthcare professional.
About this test

Questions about this test

Read the instruction leaflet in the pack before you start. Collect your sample as described, apply it to the test, and read the result within the time stated in the leaflet. Do not read the result after that time.

The accuracy shown on this page comes from the manufacturer's validation data. No self-test is 100% accurate, so a result is an indication, not a diagnosis.

The test is invalid. Do not interpret the result. Repeat the test with a new one and follow the leaflet carefully.

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist. A self-test does not replace a medical consultation, and a negative result does not always rule out a condition, especially if you have symptoms.

Store it as described in the leaflet and keep it sealed until use. Do not use a test after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Delivery is free on orders over €30 (€50 to Latvia and Estonia). Orders are dispatched from Vilnius within 24 hours on business days. Delivery is usually 1-3 business days in Lithuania and 2-5 business days in Latvia and Estonia. Shipping policy
