Delivery is free on orders over €30 (€50 to Latvia and Estonia). Below that it costs €3.99 in Lithuania and €7.99 in Latvia and Estonia.

Orders are dispatched from Vilnius within 24 hours on business days. Delivery is usually 1-3 business days in Lithuania and 2-5 business days in Latvia and Estonia. You receive a tracking link by email. Shipping policy

Unopened, unused tests in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used tests cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Refund policy

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Accuracy differs by test and is published on every product page, taken from the manufacturer's validation data. No self-test is 100% accurate.

No. A self-test gives an indication only. If you have symptoms or an unexpected result, speak to a healthcare professional.

Read the leaflet in the pack first. Collect the sample it describes (finger-prick, swab, saliva or urine), apply it as shown and read the result within the stated time. Do not read the result after that time.

Most tests give a result in 2 to 15 minutes. The exact time is on each product page.

The test is invalid. Do not interpret the result. Repeat with a new test and follow the leaflet carefully.

No. Check the expiry date on the pack and store the test as described in the leaflet.
